The Commission conducts consultations on market analysis based on the 2010 Virgin Islands Telecommunications Market Review Framework. We aim to maximise consumer benefit in terms of choice, price, quality and innovation by promoting and ensuring effective competition. These consultations should comprise the analysis of relevant market areas, the designation of any dominant public supplier(s) and the imposition of any appropriate remedies on providers of telecommunications networks or services.
